Sawgrass Ford

We have bought several cars from sawgrass Ford not only for our business but also for our personal vehicles. We love Ford but Sawgrass Ford is terrible. My cars have all had problems and recalls and every time I’ve taken a vehicle in sawgrass has my car sitting for days even weeks to get it serviced. My expedition had a light that flooded with water, sawgrass Ford gave me the run around and said they needed to order the part and some more bs excuses as to why the couldn’t do it, told me they’d call me when they have the part. That was months ago-MONTHS. My car needed servicing so this time I called Margate-auto nation Ford, they serviced my truck and replaced the light in less than two days. Will never use awards again, I’ve given them many opportunities to make our experience a nice one and they failed every time.
