After negotiating a deal, we were lied to multiple times about why they had to rescind their offer. When I asked why the VIN# of the vehicle we'd agreed on didn't match up, along with other options we were forced to pay for - I asked to speak with the GM. Brandon, the arrogant, insecure manager told me he'd call the [non-permissible content removed] police if I stepped near the GM's office to get answers. Unbelievable, especially with my pregnant wife sitting just a few feet away. After 5+ hours, Josh, the GM was able to calm him down and we made a deal. Going forward, we'll avoid this location at all costs. This is precisely why buying/leasing cars is so dreaded.
