This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Had a phone conversation with the sales manager Cameron at 3 in the afternoon confirming they had the two vehicles that I wanted to see on the lot. Left work early and drove 35 minutes specifically to this dealership arriving by 5 pm. I was told to ask for a sales manager and they knew I was coming because I expressed I did not want to waste my time driving there if the cars weren’t available. He assured me they were. I arrived at 5 pm and was given a sales person who put me on a golf cart and drove me around in the rain looking for the car instead of going to see if he could find it first. After looking for a while he told me it wasn’t available and I’d have to come back. I told him that I just spoke with someone 2 hours ago and they told me to ask for the sales manager so maybe they knew where the car was, and with that he got up and went into the manager box and told them he already told me the car isn’t there but I’m demanding to speak to a manager (loud enough for me to hear him in the waiting area). I explained that’s not really what happened, and the manager Tom explained that’s he was a melodramatic sales man . Pretty unprofessional all around; but long story short, both cars are in the service area and now that it’s AFTER 5:30, they can’t get them out. So I drove 35 minutes in the rain and got there a half an hour early only to be told that by the time the incompetent sales agent had figured out where the car was, we couldn’t see it.
