How to solve a problem

onWe leased a 2015 Honda Civic. We ran into an initial issue, which does happen. However, what separates the good from the great id how the problem is handled. The staff of Johnson Honda went to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction and chose to help the customer rather than concern themselves with the deal itself.This is always the way to handle things, but it is often not done. The facility itself is immaculate and reflects the image that they want to present. Kudos to Johnson Honda. We would have no issue with doing business with Johnson again and would highly recommend this dealership.
