Marla literally moved mountains in order to obtain for me a new 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E, which is hard to find. She went as far as to hold a sales price firm for an incoming delivery even though the sale was only good for in stock vehicles. She was especially helpful and kind and kept me informed by way of email as to the progression of events. Marla was even willing to handle the entire transaction, including delivery, without my ever having to visit the dealership. That, my friends, is called excellent customer service.
