Utterly Disappointing

onTheir idea of negotiating is to offer for you to pay the list price . . . and if you have a trade-in, it is undervalued by $3K or more. And, if they don't know anything about your trade-in . . . the "I'm going to the Finance Manager to get some numbers" is them actually researching your car at the time. Insulting and disappointing to say the least.

I would like to discuss your experience in detail at your earliest convenience. Also to address a couple points in your email, first the list price is a starting point as you pointed out we are negotiating and have to start someplace. Second you mentioned we "undervalued" your vehicle by $3k, one of the greatest advances is the creation of pre-owned vehicle software we utilize so we are not using human logic to value a vehicle we never place a value on a vehicle we utilize a third party software that based on the age, mileage and condition of your vehicle a "market value" is given by the software, just like stocks and other market driven investments trade in value fluctuates out of the control of the dealership. Having said all that I would like the opportunity to review your deal and see if we can create a better experience and earn your business.
