Crown Nissan

We bought a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder outside of Florida state. It had some problems but in general we loved the car. Dealing with the dealership in our home town was very difficult and some issues were not resolved. Several times the car was held up for a couple of days. We decided to try to keep the car while under warranty and see how things went. Meanwhile looking at other models. Crown Nissan easily fixed the issues we had with no hassle. And, when left overnight, they gave us a loaner car. End result…we purchased a 2025 Pathfinder. Everyone at Crown Nissan was considerate, helpful and very easy to work with. Salesman, Paul Mitchell, finance dept, insurance, sales mgr etc were wonderful. They got the job done seamlessly. And we are confident that if there are any issues with this car, the service department (Anthony) has the skill to problem solve and complete repairs quickly.
