Hyundai of St Augustine

We were treated very courteously by the salesperson in our search for a used Hyundai, but encountered a fee of $599 as we discussed the final sale. When we asked what it was for, the salesperson laughed and said it was just pure profit for the dealership. He also said it was non-negotiable, and against the law for them to delete. We walked away, bought a similar car elsewhere without the fee, and will never shop this dealer again.
