Once again I had a great experience with Rick Case Acura Service Dept, specifically Svc Rep Mack. The service was thorough and the billing was transparent. Mack was helpful, attentive and more importantly, knowledgeable. The commitment to going over and above made me feel like they truly cared about my car and my needs.
