I bought a “certified” used SUV and simple items were missing such as a trunk cover and also the interior back seat lights weren’t working. Thought this would be a simple fix since this was pointed out when I picked up the vehicle, and since I bought a warranty. It’s very difficult to get ahold of the salesman or manager. Once they get a sale nothing else matters.
