AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park

We were satisfied with our experience buying a RAV4 Hybrid. Certainly, the customer service side was good. Thanks to Maria Gonzalez (our patient sales person), Antonio Torres (our informative hand-holder through the sales portion), and Michael Henkel, Jr (our paperwork prepper) the experience was quite pleasant. Prices and car availability were better here than at competitors' stores in Bradenton, Clearwater, and Holiday, FL. These other stores/outlets were also inferior in that their on-line and verbal promises of car models in stock were inaccurate (and likely, a bait and switch ploy). We did not feel that was the case at AutoNation, St Pete. The challenges of our hunt for cars related to popular demand and continuing supply chain issues so that we did not get the exact vehicle that we wanted. However, we are content with what we bought.
