Oil change and bad speaker

onOil change went great. Have a driver side headrest speaker that doesn’t work (I can’t hear it) they say it passes test and still nothing for me to hear. Even though I can hear the passenger side headrest perfectly. So I don’t know. They said it passes test. Just don’t work imo
