I had to bring my car back for technology issue and this service consultant gets in the car with me and spend almost an hour reviewing the new technology in the new GS350. He was patient, understanding of my learning curve, and, between sessions, showed me to their beautiful lounge, cafe, and free manicurist for a fee manicure. Then, he said he wanted to wash my car because he did not like the way the rear inside window looked (needed to be cleaned). He said it would take an hour, but in 20 minutes, the car was sitting in the service line ready to be driven home. Outstanding attention to detail; concern for my time; went out of his way to make sure my car was perfect and that I was comfortable with the new technology. I have no concerns that I have to drive 50 miles round trip for service even though there is a Lexus dealer 1 mile from my home - and that dealership would never have been as half as good when it came to meeting my needs.
