Glad to say that day I drove to KIA w/o appointment. Douglas was there. He is always very accommodating. Thank you for bringing him back to Orlando branch. My KIA was not fix that day but Douglas made a difference. He didn’t say “NO”, but had given me “options”. Hope Douglas stays in this branch. He’s a very big asset to your company. I trusted him. In the past i was so hesitant to just go to any car services, cause i was warned that because, I am a female and i will be cheated. But with my experience with Mr. Douglas Fumaro way back when i had my first KIA SEDONA in 2006.And he was the one who recommended me that it’s time to change my 2006 to 2015 and I believed him.
