I truly appreciate all the care that was provided at City Kia. Although it was an extremely busy day due to Labor Day weekend, John Smith made sure to not only keep us informed through every step of the process, he went above and beyond to get to know my family and was absolutely genuine and wonderful to my kids. With full transparency, great pricing and John really finding the best fit for our family, he was able to make everything about this experience wonderful. We definitely will be shopping at City Kia for our next vehicle; we will recommend John at City Kia everyone. Thank you again for everything.
