onIn regard to my visit of today, I wouldn't have had to return to the dealership if my visit on Fri, March 13, 2015 had been completed fully. My visit today was to connect a clip in the dashboard cluster that was replaced on Friday. After discovering the problem on Monday, I placed 3 calls to service and received NO reply to any of the messages left. I finally reached an uninterested service department employee on my 4th call and let her know I was returning 3/18 to have the problem resolved. Aside the fact that I shouldn't have had to return , once I got the car back to the service department, my issue was handled quite well by Clint Jack.
