the work I needed was a recall I made the first appointment as soon as I could oct 2 2014. when I got there I was told that the part was recalled an they will call me to make another time to come in.. well after three weeks I called was asked my name and year of my car and will call me when the part comes in I asked if it would be helpful if they had my number, at that point I knew that I was just pushed off the phone... called jan 10 2015 said they need time to get the part I said two weeks is ok the person said that would be best so I was there on Jan 24 2015 at 9am work was done in three hours.. so far so good.. thank you for your time. and getting me in. better late then never
