Carlos Lopez is an excellent service advisor, he was on top of the whole process during the last service of my car, he recommended best steps to get my car ready on the road, He was courteous and efficient, thank Carlos, please keep it up. I would like to add waiting in the room for service wasn’t too long and Germain Honda offered a bunch of amenities to make us feel comfortable. Thanks for taking care of your customers to demonstrate your excellence. Highly recommended!!!!!
