onI had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and an update on my car. I was planning on waiting for the repairs. Arron Fairchild was very honest with me about the length of time required to do the job. The waiting room was very crowded. He suggested that I reschedule for the next week, when the wait period was shorter. I rescheduled and it was very convenient for me. Arron also kept me informed of the cost of the repairs and when it would be completed!
