Germain Honda of Naples

We went into Germain Honda just to see what a new CRV looks like compared to my 2021 CRV. I had several payments left on my lease. We were met with Patricia Rodriguez from sales. I had a lot of questions and caveats. Patricia remained calm throughout the process and she said a deal can be made. We then met with Mona Janic, business manager, who walked us through all the figures. We ,of course, had a back and forth and we actually came up with a lease deal to our liking. Mona learned that I like to cross the t’s and dot the i’s on every form and when there was a minor discrepancy it was immediately handled. Patricia has always been there to answer my questions and there usually are many. I am happy it’s Germain’s staff and the CRV that I leased..
