As a resident of Miami, finding a selection of BMW 3-series locally wasn't a problem. However, the Miami BMW dealers just dont get it. Overly pushy sales guys looking for you buy what they had and I noticed they had ZERO transparency on the back-end fees... One guy tried to sell me a "new" car with a cracked rear bumper. "Oh that?! They can fix that in a day, not a problem".... Germain BMW was night and day compared to the churn and burn Miami dealers. In Miami, I felt like I was shopping for discount used carpet. At Germain, they treated me like I was buying a BMW... Yes, even considering I was just looking at a 3-series! Germain provided pricing transparency and explanations for everything. Finding my way over to Germain BMW to buy the car I wanted was easily the best decision I made. Their staff is top notch and working with Rick and Neal was easy, no hassles, no surprises, no pressure and incredibly fair. The car was delivered perfectly detailed, topped with a full tank and Rick even had the Sirius Radio activated to my existing account before I showed up. Must have spent 45 minutes getting me set up and ready to go. This dealership is what all BMW dealerships should aim to be. Just a real pleasure dealing with Rick and team. I'll be sure to be back in a few years to order my next one.
