My expirience with Mercedes Benz was with S-class, GLS-63, GLE and others for more than 2 decades. That was a new experience since that was Mercedes electrical car. So, it was obviously not that simple as it was. But, the service provided by service person, the actual manager, Mr. Gus was professional, efficient. I appreciate it.
