Mercedes-Benz of Miami

We were working with another Mercedes location and weren’t happy with the service. We decided to try the Miami location when we wanted to trade in our GLC. We met Kristina and instantly liked her. It took us a few times to find the right car, but when we did, Kristina made the process seamless. She also said that we can continue to work with her for service needs and questions, which she will handle or route to the right person. Our old location was a direct handoff after sale, and our former salesperson was of no help after transaction. So far this is better and a more pleasant environment.
