AutoNation Ford Miami
Dealership Sales Review
I recently purchased a 2012 Camaro from this dealership. There was an error light on when test driving the car. It was the alternator, which they did end up fixing. Not sure why this issue wasn't caught prior to test driving, as the car is obviously inspected by their mechanics before sale. After purchase and a day or two after, the car was notably shaking and bouncy at higher speeds. Had it inspected privately. Struts and suspension are shot. 2k in repairs. Surely something they knew and put a temp fix on do it would drive ok for a short time. There is a 5 day return window. I emailed them in time stating the issue and if it couldn't be made right by their dealership, I would have to just return the vehicle. Days of stalling by them and they come back with "nothing we can do". I do not feel they looked out for the customer or put the SAFETY of the customer, my son, as a priority. They wanted that sale and for the 5 days to go by, so they could flake. Typical.
