onWorst experience I’ve had in any dealership so far. I went to the dealership with a safety issue and my advisor “Jeff” told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until the following week. I made an appointment and brought my car in on time for my appointment in the morning the following week. My vehicle was never inspected by anyone and no one ever called me to provide me with an update that day. I had to contact the dealership myself at the end of the day to find this out. I ended up picking up my vehicle from the dealership to take it somewhere else to be looked at. This is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE.
