Dealership Service Review
I received a letter in January describing the recall for my 2021 Bronco Sport. I called Autonation immediately and asked when I should bring in the vehicle. I was told that the parts would not be in for several months. I waited until April 11 and called again. The associate advised that I would have to bring the car in for an inspection to ascertain what parts would be needed. So I drove to the dealership the next day of the appointment and was advised that the parts had to be ordered and that it would take another two to three months to receive the parts. Question #1 - Why was I getting the run-around? Question #2 - Why did I have to waste my gasoline driving there if no one was going to look at it. I am a little puzzled by this because I have been coming to Autonation Ford Margate since 2013 and always received red carpet treatment. What is going on?
