I recently purchased a BMW 3 series here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. I originally came to see the vehicle but when I arrived it had been sent to the shop for a repair and I had to come back. Although disappointed I spent time driving over there to not see the vehicle, I was glad to know they were taking care of any defects prior to my viewing. When I did see the vehicle it drove great and I was told it had new tires put on. There were a few paint scratches I was concerned about and the manager Matt, assured me he would get those touched up. The touch up however didn’t look that great after all, it seemed rushed and the paint didn’t blend in as well as I expected. Despite this I appreciated the attempt and took the car home. Unfortunately two days later the check coolant alert popped up. I was concerned this could indicate a worse issue than “they didn’t fill it up” since that would have been quite the oversight. I filled the coolant and made Oscar the sales guy aware of the issue. Then another oversight reveled itself. Water has gotten in the headlight fixture through a leak. Now one headlight is full of water and I’m concerned not only how it looks but potential electrical damage. Then two days later after I filled the coolant the check coolant light came back on, and sure enough it is low again. I managed to get in contact with Matt and have an appointment scheduled as he assured me they would take care of these issues, however it’s unfortunate my first week of driving this vehicle has been riddled with problems. Hopefully they fix the issues and I can drive this vehicle with peace of mind.
