Best experience purchasing a vehicle

Dain Verhoeven reach out to me to introduce himself after I ordered my Ford Maverick. I requested a couple of upgrades from the dealership and he added them to his list of deliverables. No pressure from him to upsell. When the vehicle arrived, we completed the transaction in a couple of hours. (Test drive, feature explanations, and paperwork) Great job!
