Neil Middleton was an excellent salesman. His customer service is exceptional. He was truly concerned about getting me the SUV I wanted and making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He didn't make me feel pressured or rushed and spent quality time going over all the functions of my new SUV before I left the lot. It was even more impressive how he followed up with me a few days after my purchase and was happy to answer any additional questions. I was also extremely impressed with Aaron Kaminsky in finance. He discussed all of my options with me and allowed me to decide. I purchased my SUV on a Saturday but had to wait for it to arrive at the dealership so I couldn't pick it up until Wednesday. Aaron had all of my paperwork ready on the day of pick up and all of the papers were signed within 30 minutes. Usually it takes several hours! Highly impressive. I'm so glad I purchased my SUV from the Orange Park Mazda location. The entire staff that I dealt with exceeded my customer service expectations! They truly value your business and treat you like family.
