I would highly recommend the service department at this dealer. Truck broke down while visiting Jacksonville. The folks at Duval Ford treated me like family even though I'm sure they knew I would never be back. Truth is I will probably drive from Georgia to have them service my Truck again. Nice folks there that seem to actually care. Refreshing for this day in age. My local Ford dealer is a known rip off.
