Top Notch Service from a Top Notch Dealer

Had my first routine maintenance performed on my new Escape this past weekend. Scheduled appt through the Ford Pass App. Upon arrival at Duval Ford, I was quickly checked in and escorted to the Customer Lounge. A Short wait and a rep came to bring me my keys and have me on the way. The Dealership Service Center was extremely clean and organized. Everyone was courteous and I was pleased with my choice to have Duval Ford handle the routine service on my vehicle.
