Terrible experience

onI first brought my bmw for a coolant issue a few months ago. When they finished repairing the car, I picked it up only to find it with a cracked windshield and hood latch, which was not told to me, I had to notice on my own. I was told to claim on my own insurance.
I again a few months later had a coolant issue. Was told it was a cap paid nearly 200 dollars, only to have a leak the next day. Had to bring it back, now it was a crack in the tank, which they claimed was new. Then tried to tell me the wouldn't be suprised if I was back next week for another issue and then quoted me over $500 dollars. I took it home and a friend fixed it in 30 minutes in my driveway. I will never go back there, completely waste of time and money.
