Susan goes over and above what require. Example My wife and I lease a 2019 HRV. I recently had a need for an oil change and during our conversation I mentioned the problem with the driver side visor which had already been replaced ounce this year! She called the parts dept. and a visor was available and replacement made! As long as Braman attracts members like Susan We be customers!!!!!!
