Dealership Service Review
I brought in my Honda S2000 for an oil leak repair. After diagnosing the issue it turned out there were three different leaks (also a fourth noted which I will have to bring the car back for as they do not have the seals). In addition to the oil leak they replaced a rear tire which I noticed was flat when I drove it in. I also opted for the replacement of the serpentine belt as the car has 100k miles and is fourteen years old. The one item that was not repaired was the master cylinder which I felt was too expensive to have done on the spot without taking it for a second opinion on both the necessity of the repair and the cost. The car was in the shop for a week which was a little longer than expected but given the Thanksgiving holiday wasn't a big problem. The staff was friendly and my Service Rep was friendly and helpful and I'd recommend him from a service standpoint. The bottom line is I brought my 2005 Honda S2000 thinking that the parts would be in stock but they had to be ordered. That was disappointing by my service rep had some alternative ideas which was appreciated.
