onService advisor was supposed to order my plastic foot step covers for my running boards and failed to deliver as promised! I have been waiting for 5 weeks...:(

Hello David6921, unfortunately without customer information I cannot look up accounts, but I have reviewed parts on order and find we have a set of step pads on order for a 15 Sierra which were on a backorder/no stock available basis for some time and the customer was aware of that. GM just released the part to us which will be received shortly and the customer they have been ordered for has been called and advised of that update. If you have not received a call or do not own a 15 Sierra please contact me so I can follow up on this issue. Thank you,
