Our sales rep Gary was great. Very personable and easy to deal with. He knew the answers to all my questions. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable making the purchase. The process after leaving Gary was a little long and took a lot longer than I expected. He tried to speed it up but it didn’t seem like anyone was in a hurry. I don’t know why signing all the paperwork took 2 hours when I was the only one going through the process.
