Went in for my ninth 5000 mile oil change with a coupon. Zach honored the coupon with no questions asked. Last oil change I admit the service advisor tried to upsell me to the tune of 300.00. That was the only time in 5 years of ownership. Almost didn’t go back but glad I did. The coupon price plus tax was all I paid. The low-tire warning came on as I left home on a cool morning. I didn’t mention it but they brought the tires up to proper inflation without charge or even mentioning it. The original purchase was an excellent experience also (if you have been to other dealers you know what I mean). I love having Jim Browne as a dealer. I drive an hour each way even though there is a dealer 10 miles away. My only criticism is price of parts I have purchased. They cost MORE than MSRP. Every other aspect of the dealership has been great!!!
