Worst service experience ever

Made an appointment for my vehicle running rough. Showed up and was told they might not get the vehicle fixed due to being busy and they usually do easy things on Saturday such as oil changes. I was called in the afternoon due to my vehicle being fixed. I picked up the vehicle only to have grease foot prints on both driver and passenger side carpet. I drove the vehicle home and it ran exactly the same way as I brought it in. I called Monday morning and asked for a manager. I was denied speaking to a manager and was told by a nasty receptionist that she is transferring me to a service writer. I was put to voice mail and was not called back. My wife brought the vehicle in that morning. She left it all day and over night. I could not even get a return call from the service writer. When he did he said "I told your wife what was going on". I had asked several different times to speak to a manager with negative results. I felt I meant nothing to the people I dealt with.
