The buying experience was pleasant, they weren't pushy or anything. But I recently went back to get my car serviced and was treated terribly. I had an appointment and they acted as if I was an inconvenience. I didn't know where to go at first and wandered around until I found a group of workers and when I walked up to them they looked me up and down and said yes? So rude!!! I hope I never have to go back.
