Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton

I have a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L with 36,000mi on it. My car WAS spotless inside and out. I had cosmetic damage from an accident when I blacked out while driving. The passengers side fender needed to be replaced, same with the front and rear bumper as well as some lower body damage. The experience began very nicely. After the third week long delay for my car I began to become impatient because it was only cosmetic damage. When they called and said the car was "ready" I went to pick it up I was absolutely appalled by the quality of work done on my vehicle. First, the EX and above models come with a nice chrome exhaust tip. Guess what wasn't on the car. Second, the collision center claimed to be using "factory parts," they do not use factory parts. They use aftermarket parts. Third, my trunk lid was completely scratched up because someone decided to set something on the lid and left deep scratches on it. The collision center denied having made the scratch marks and told me that I had made them before the accident. Fourth, the quality of the painting and clear coating was horrendous. The bumpers had marks on them and where they had redone the bottom body piece the clear coat had dripped and was very noticeable. Fifth, the collision center claims to wash and detail the car. My car was filthy inside and out. The steering wheel had dirt all in the stitches and around the leather and my once perfect gray leather seat was brown on the front bottom and on the lower left side of the seat. The body shop manage since 1982 was extremely rude and condescending telling me that all the brown was from me getting in and out of the car for the three months that I have owned it. If you are a woman or a minority expect to be treated very poorly. White males expect VIP treatment. I would not recommend this collision center to anyone . My experience was extremely frustrating and stressful.
