Dealership Service Review
Initially, the service we received at Tropical was great. Turns out that we have a CTS with lots of issues and we have had to go back repeatedly. They have become less than attentive recently. Calls are not returned, promises to send me information have not been honored and repairs are taking longer than promised. As a female, I feel like I am being treated just like you would expect in 1972. My issues are not taken seriously and my requests are ignored. My husband now deals with them and even he is starting to experience poor service. We are not complainers, we have one of the 2008 models that is known to have a lot of problems and unfortunately we are experiencing all the problems associated with this model. We purchased a Cadillac expecting a great warranty, quality car and superior service. Well, the car is of very poor quality, the service is mediocre and if it wasnt for the warranty we would be thousands and thousands of dollars in the whole. All for a preowned car we purchased with 30,000 miles. I feel like I would have done better if I had bought a Hyundai.
