Where to start! Long story short. Nothing but problems. Broken promises. and complete denial . Not to mention, What's the purpose of buying extended warranties for ? Complete JOKE. I will never will buy from the dealership. Service dept is a poor excuse !! This is being nice. We purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali, Finally after the (chip issue ) We started off right away with Electrical issues. Turn signal makes a buzzing noise. TV Monitor Screens in the back, have always have electrical issues. They come on automatically you have to keep shutting them off manually. We were told due to a crack (which happened sometime after that they wont cover it. No problem , but why would the other screen still do the same thing ? And its not cracked? After being a loyal GMC owner, and this is not the first vehicle we have owned. You think the owner of the GMC would contact us and ask what can we do to help? NO, You think loosing thousands of dollars being a loyal customer means something, it DOESN'T . Especially here. I say we need a new guy in town to open up and treat people right!. I believe this is the only dealership in the area (Bradenton) So, we had an appointment today, May 30, 2023 to come in and replace both screens, Husband , gets there and they dont know why we are there. My husband is so stressed out!. Ends up getting into it with the Service Dept . We said " If we replace one screen" And it doesn't fix the problem, what do we do ? .They dont have an answer. To us its their way OUT. Conley waits until we get there to tell us oh we can fix one screen, They should have tried to figure out why the electrical problems keep happening. But nothing simpler then pushing people out the door. And to act ignorant as to what our scheduled appointment was for. $1400 vs $80,000 is not a smart business decision. Reading other complaints and same issues , sounds like I'll cancel my warranty, get my money back and carry on. Good Reddens.
