3% surcharge when you use your credit card

onI have been a customer at this location for over 40 years. I’ve bought 10 cars there in the past but have recently switch to Toyota. Their sales and service department are better and my husband and I are very happy with our RAV4 and Camry. I sent my son to have new tires and an alignment on the last Ford we will ever own. They kept him waiting for 2 hours before even starting the work. Then, for the first time ever, they charged us 3% for using a credit card to pay the bill (which was over $700). This is crap!
