Walking in, I had so much anxiety about being pushed into something especially having my 3 year old with me. As soon as I sat down with Philippe, all that anxiety went away. He not only listened to what was important to me, but eased all my concerns regarding the process. He even made sure to ask my 3 year old what he wanted. They did not have the color I wanted on the lot, but I ended up falling in love with the beautiful Vapor Blue I test drove. Walked in with anxiety and three days later not only was in a new car, but felt like I was family. Hoping it will be many years before having to buy another new car, but I will most definitely be going back to Shakers when that time comes. I have never had a more positive experience with a car dealership from Philippe in sales and Kevin in finance. They walked me through every step of the process even on their days off!
