I recently worked with Cathy Reed as my lease was coming to end on my current Ford Edge. She was proactive and reached out to me well in advance to discuss my options and understand what I was interested in doing. She made sure that I knew if I wanted to move into a new Edge, that they were being discontinued and that inventory would be low. Ultimately, with Cathy's expert help I decided to keep my Edge and was completely satisfied with the work that Cathy did to make that happen.
