Shaker Family Ford Lincoln

I recently purchased an F250 from Shaker's Family Ford, and I must say my experience was largely positive, thanks in part to an excellent salesman, Philippe Bahamondes. He was very good, honest, and straightforward, which made the buying process feel reliable and trustworthy. Overall, the process was smooth. However, there was a delay in finalizing the sale because the dealership was still waiting on the title from the previous bank. This extended the purchase timeline to about 3 weeks, which was a bit frustrating but seems to have been an issue on the bank's end rather than directly with Shaker's Family Ford. The dealership itself was organized, and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming, which is always a plus when you're spending a significant amount of time there during a purchase. Since I chose not to finance the vehicle through them, I can't comment on that process. However, the fact that they didn't push me towards financing speaks to their respect for customer choice. Despite the delay, which was out of their control, my experience at Shaker's Family Ford was positive. If you're looking for an honest deal without the high-pressure sales tactics, this might just be the place for you. The salesman's integrity alone made this transaction feel fair and transparent.
