Shaker's has a wonderful salesman named Bill Reed. Based on previous experiences with car salesmen, Bill Reed was different. He always gave me his full attention, not pushy, no rush job, very polite and treated me with the upmost respect. A true gentleman. He kept me duly informed and exceeded expectations.
