From the moment I walked into Shaker's, I saw a professional and clean atmosphere. Each sales person had their own desk and privacy to work with customers. I was impressed with the knowledge of my salesperson and the attention to detail she gave to me and the cars I test drove; she had the cars washed before I test drove. She was kind and personable and was concerned with me as a person and my wants with a new car. I was impressed with the organization of the sales manager as well as we finalized the details of my purchase. A week later I went home with a brand new car. My salesperson called me the next day to see how the drive home was and she reminded me I could reach out with any questions. I would highly recommend!
