Took my 2017 into Kia of Wallingford as my check engine light came on- worked w Harrison he was awesome- they ended up replacing my engine as the knock sensors were the issue- however they didn’t change out the old knock sensors and brought my car back and they replaced all the wiring harnesses etc- however picked up the car 4/26 drive it home got in and left check engine light on again- took it to Kia in Wallingford and Carl the service manager tells me he already went to bat for me once the last visit/. Which isn’t my fault as they didn’t change out the knock sensors- now he says i have a cat converter problem and that’s 2800- i spoke to another Kia dealership and several other mechanics, techs etc and they all say the cat converter should have been changed - so now I’m stuck w a 2800 bill-
