I bought a Passat from them. They knew it had a transmission problem, did not disclose it to me, had it repaired well enough to sell it and now my transmission is shot and needs to be replaced. This was absolutely a pre-existing problem that they should make good on. I have only had the car for 6 months, it only has 65K on it, and they won't do a thing for me. Nice. I too am looking into a law suit, started a blog, going to news 8, and will tell the entire horse industry, in New England about this story. This car is now parked, I have payments to make on this car. I have an 8 year old child and a job...need a car. Pleaded with them to help and got a big N.O.
